By booking our services, including Ferry Tickets, Tour Packages, Transportation, and BMC Homestay, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Booking & Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered “Confirmed” only after full payment or a pre-agreed deposit is received.
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as specified.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, QRIS, or other methods officially provided by BMC Bintan. Proof of transfer must be sent via WhatsApp/Email for verification.

2. Ferry Ticket Services (BRF Ferry)

  • Document Validity: Passengers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • Visa Requirements: Travelers must check and fulfill their own Visa/Visa on Arrival (VoA) requirements for entering Indonesia.
  • Check-in Time: Passengers must arrive at the ferry terminal at least 90 minutes before departure.
  • Amendments/Cancellations: Ferry tickets are generally non-refundable. Changes to dates or times are subject to ferry operator availability and may incur administrative fees.

3. Tour Packages & Itinerary

  • Flexibility: BMC Bintan reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary due to weather conditions, local government regulations, or unforeseen “Force Majeure” events to ensure guest safety.
  • Personal Belongings: BMC Bintan is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour.
  • Health & Safety: Guests are expected to follow the guide’s instructions and safety protocols during outdoor activities.

4. Transportation Services

  • Punctuality: Drivers will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. Delays beyond this may result in a “No Show” or additional waiting fees.
  • Capacity: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of passengers declared during booking. Exceeding the capacity is not permitted for safety reasons.

5. BMC Homestay (Accommodation)

  • Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is at 14:00 (WIB) and check-out is at 12:00 (WIB). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
  • House Rules: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid excessive noise that may disturb other residents.
  • Damages: Any damage to the property or facilities caused by the guest will be charged to the guest’s account.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by Guest: * 7 days or more before arrival: 50% refund (minus admin fees).
    • Less than 7 days: Non-refundable.
  • No Show: Failure to arrive at the scheduled time/place for any service will be treated as a “No Show” and is 100% non-refundable.

7. Liability Disclaimer

BMC Bintan acts as an agent for transportation and activity providers. While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for personal injury, illness, or delays caused by third-party providers or events beyond our control.
